We would like to give you information about CartWinPro and our other products.

CartWinPro is software for the quick and professional identification of cartridges and related information. It is designed for the use by law enforcement and forensic experts, military specialists, government facilities, firearms and ammunition experts, museums or other institutions. The database contains a huge number of calibre measurements, color codes, headstamps, ammunition related manufacturers and complete cartridges with all properties.

Due to its capability of being swiched to 7 languages (3 more in preparation) CartWinPro is used in law enforcement / forensic laboratories around the world for the determination of ammunition.

CartWinPro is currently offered in the US in two different versions!

CartWinPro 2

is the entry level version for the departments and agencies with a restricted budget. It contains the headstamp database and the manufacturer database. Both databases can be searched individually and are also linked together. Every headstamp will show the manufacturer and a manufacturer will upon a mouse click display all related headstamps. The databases are regularly updated via the Internet. Upgrades towards CartWinPro 3 is of course possible at any time.

CartWinPro 3

is the full size version. On top of the above mentioned two databases it contains

 

a cartridge database with complete cartridges, their individual properties (weights, dates, magnetic, material colors ...). All these properties can be used as search criteria. Every individual record is related to the headstamp, calibre, color code and manufacturer database. If available, pictures of the cartridge, the headstamp, the box and other details will be shown. All databases are regularly updated via the Internet.

• Chamber Cast System
  For the quick and accurate measurement of chambers, forcing cones, land and groove diameter and similar we offer the Chamber Cast System. The system produces a hard cast of the chamber or other openings without shrinking. It uses a material that melts at very low temperatures (below 50° C) without smell and is not harming the firearm The material can be recycled over and over.
  
  
• Universal-Headspace Gauge System
  Our universal headspace gauge system makes measuring the headspace a matter of minutes. It is adjustable for around 200 different calibres and measures the headspace to a tolerance of ± 0,01 mm
  
  
• Proof and Testing fixture
  The Proof and Testing fixture will hold rifles of any kind safely and without damaging the firearm. This patented system needs no special adapters. It is holding rifles from exhibition grade shotguns to the big .50 BMG rifles without harming the surface. It can even be used with rifles in the full automatic mode and fires them for the safety of the operator via a remote trigger actuator. A similar fixture is available for pistols as well (information coming soon).
